Setup and maintain.AEO Accreditation: Ensure compliance with procedures to maintain AEO accreditationGlobal Trade Compliance (GTC) eArchiving GTS Open Text: Support SAP GTS business processes and to ensure that Pfizer is compliant with legal requirements in terms of managing and storing documents. New record management system for customs compliance.Manage the Duty Suspension programme for qualified materials. Work with Customs to identify opportunities for duty suspension. Set up in the Customs CDS System new Inward Processing Duty Suspension Authorisations (IP’s) for the import of qualified materials which are new to the site.Generate and maintain SOP’s and Procedures relating to customs complianceContribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets and develops plans for activities on own projects.Manage movement/costs of materials between external warehouse & Ringaskiddy site.Preparation & oversight of hazardous waste/catalyst shipments.Review & maintain hazard storage strategies in Bld 165 Drum Pad supporting SAP master data team.Support site waste management plan.Generation of Dangerous Goods Notes (DGN’s) for raw material shipments.Warehouse oversight/management of Controlled Substances and related material movementsPOC for external vendors for hazardous materials management plans.Purchase & management of secondary packaging/containment items.Work with Warehouse SQE & CI Engineers for Drum Pad initiatives.Give guidance &Support of Disposals and RIDS avoidance projects as neededMonthly inventory reconciliation completionContribute to the development, implementation and use of relevant digital platforms e.g.ZDI, Batch Tracker, Digital Operation Centre, Material Flow tracker to ensure the most efficient delivery of all products to the network, while tracking and reducing Distressed inventoryProactive contribution and participation in CI processHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)Min 3 years experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing (Shipping, Customs,Warehouse).
