Looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help build out the Digital Sales for a leading Telco company. In this strategic role, you will lead a high performing sales team and grow the business across Ireland. Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales targets and enhance customer value and satisfaction in Ireland
* Lead, develop, and coach the Digital Sales team in order to achieve operational excellence and foster complex customer relationships.
* Manage KPIs and collaborate with demand generation teams to exceed deliverables and ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the onboarding of new sales staff, ensuring alignment with company sales processes, and support team members' ongoing personal development.
* Provide key stakeholders with relevant sales performance reports and collaborate with company leadership to eliminate productivity barriers.
Experience/Requirements
* Proven experience of managing an Inside Sales team in a B2B service organisation
* Excellent communication & motivation skills.
* Capable of working on own initiative and able to lead by example
