You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.Overall Responsibilities:Provide administrative business partnership and support for leaders in CE GCS.Be an engaged collaborator and team player, willing to lean in where needed in support of the whole team.Be the pulse of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun.Be an active contributor to the broader E/ABP community.Able to learn quickly, multitask, and be calm and flexible working in a fast-paced environment.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reports, coordinating travel, budget management and event planning.Establish exemplary trust with executive leaders and partners. Make decisions on behalf of partners using excellent judgment and discretion when evaluating complex circumstances.Complete core program management tasks by delivering medium- to large-scale projects or events from initiation through delivery.Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).Ability to communicate in EnglishNon-Essential Skills/Qualifications:Proven organizational & collaboration skills, especially in the context of xFN projects with external stakeholdersAbility to tailor communications to a variety of internal and external audiences, which entails effective written and verbal communication skills.
