Job Title: Contracts Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a large-scale Pharmaceutical project in the Midlands.
Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance in tender preparation and handle queries during the tender period
* Commercially evaluate all tender submissions and negotiate with tenderers
* Post-contract duties include valuing progress on site, ascertaining amounts due to contractors, and drafting responses to correspondence
* Determine amounts of claims and expedite contractors' insurances, bonds, and collateral warranties
Requirements:
* Quantity Surveying Degree or similar
* Extensive multi-sectoral experience, preferably in life sciences, mission critical, and industrial sectors
* Ability to work on complex issues and report in a clear and concise manner
* Minimum of 10 years' experience carrying out pre and post contract duties
