Customer Service Team Advisor Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Process orders in a timely manner and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries.
* Handle calls and queries, including problem-solving and providing accurate information to customers.
* Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints from customers.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on customer interactions.
* Manage administration tasks, including recording customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Experience working in the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
* Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
