Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled HR Officer to collaborate with their leadership team in building and developing a high-performing workforce across Ireland.
This role involves a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote work. A valid Irish driving license and access to a car are essential for travel requirements within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cinema leaders to identify and nurture talent, providing guidance on career development and growth opportunities.
* Work with the People Service Team to address employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive culture across the business.
* Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating valuable local insights to enhance HR practices and ensure compliance with Irish regulations.
* Drive colleague engagement initiatives and foster open communication to maintain a positive working environment.
* Ensure adherence to Irish employment laws, maintaining accurate HR documentation and staying updated on best practices and legal changes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* A solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
