Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee and manage a reception/reservations team and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception and reservations department, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
This role will encompass overseeing everyday operations in a hospitality environment with Front of House Management and front office department.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as Front Office Manager
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team within a 4*/5* hotel environment
* Commercially and customer focused with absolute attention to detail
* Exceptional Leadership, Reception, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team
* Proficient with Office Suite, Opera or Hotsoft, Hotel booking engines and CRMS
* Flexible to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
