Accommodation Manager - Luxury Hotel Wexford
We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Manager to lead our luxury hotel team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
This is a pivotal position that requires a driven individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and project management expertise. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a 4* / 5* property and be passionate about maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage, schedule, and develop a large dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
* Maintain outstanding housekeeping standards throughout the property, including rooms and public areas.
* Oversee payroll and budgets, training, and employee development.
* Monitor work quality, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
* Delegate room assignments to accommodation/housekeeping employees.
* Develop employees' skills to prepare them for career advancement opportunities.
* E nsure compliance with all health and safety regulations internally and externally.
* Liaise with the Maintenance department to maintain hotel standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a 4* / 5* property.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards.
