The Person

* Background in a large multinational or top-tier consultancy.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work at a strategic level.
* Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Experience managing benefit programs and leading a team.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
