Sales Support Administrator / Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level back-office services to Key Account Managers and their customers.
* Provision of detailed account statements and analysis of billing and account data.
* Production of detailed Excel spreadsheets.
* Data entry to the Salesforce registration system.
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and following up on them.
* CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS TO SPECIFIC CUSTOMER GROUPS.
* Maintenance of contract files.
* Projects and ad hoc requests as may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to input data into a system with great attention to detail.
* Experience dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment.
* Proven ability to organise and prioritise work assignments.
* Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
* Team player, showing flexibility in your approach.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint).
