Your new role includes:
Accounting Clerk/ admin responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling supplier statements.
You will also run accounting software programs (e.g.
Sage) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receiptsUltimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company's daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
Must have a can do positive attitudeResponsibilitiesProvide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department must have construction industry back groundType accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and recordsPrepare general ledger postings and statementsReconcile accounts in a timely mannerDaily enter key data of financial transactions in databaseProvide assistance and support to company personnel and QSResearch, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
FilingAssist Project Manager with paperworkChase up supplier invoicesAnswer all phone calls and pass on messages in a clear and concise manner.
Must have a friendly disposition and develop good relationships with our suppliers (over 250 )
Assist and update all ISO9001 training and documentsCheck all suppliers have an up to date insurance documents on fileOrder and control all stationery orders and check all site managers' requirements are metMust have a clear understanding of Revenue RCT contractsExperience you need:
