We are seeking a Project Manager to work within our General Facilities Team, based at our pharmaceutical client site in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple varied facilities projects within the group
* Liaise with management, providing regular progress reports
* Prepare business plans to identify new project opportunities
* Procure labour, materials and subcontractors in accordance with company procedures to minimize costs and waste
* Develop facilities technicians in a cost-effective manner to meet project needs
* Manage staff and subcontractors
* Provide monthly reports to contract managers detailing project activity
