**Job Title:** Customer Service Assistant

**Reporting to:** Shop Manager
You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach. The day-to-day tasks include assisting the Shop Manager and team with maintaining high standards while accepting and paying out bets, and delivering excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing the shop and managing cash procedures.
* Step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager, including being responsible for opening and closing the shop, managing the team, and handling cash transactions.
* Take on occasional management responsibilities, which can lead to further development opportunities.
* Combine working in a fast-paced retail environment with continuous upskilling and progress within the company.
* Provide an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
* Acknowledge bets accurately and process customer transactions in a timely manner using multiple channels.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador, introducing customers to the multi-channel/digital journey.
* Work under pressure, remaining calm while constantly seeking ways to improve yourself and the shop.
* Maintain high-quality shop presentation standards throughout your working day.
* Adhere to all procedures, ensuring safety, compliance, and shop operations are always followed.
* Prioritize teamwork and social responsibility duties.
