The Role

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage process for our Pharma client roles. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
Things you will do:
* You’ll manage recruitment processes for a wide range of roles
* You’ll facilitate the Interview and selection process
* You’ll work closely with Sourcing and Admin Teams
* You’ll build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
* You’ll consult with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
* You’ll contribute to continuous improvements on account and manage client expectations
* You’ll deliver exceptional service to the candidate and Hiring Managers, providing frequent updates and clear communication throughout the entire recruitment process
* You’ll deliver results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
* Previous recruitment experience
* Ideally Pharma sector experience or Manufacturing/Engineering
* Experience of working in a matrixed organisation
* Strong stakeholders management skills
* Solid experience in managing recruitment processes
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Experience of delivering results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
