We are working closely with a renowned alternative investment firm, specializing in credit investment, to recruit a highly skilled candidate for a position within its European team, based in Dublin.
About You
* You have 6+ years of operational experience including working on strategic initiatives and/or providing project management oversight to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Creating detailed project plans, identifying risks, managing timelines, and creating status reporting tailored to stakeholders.
* Managing relationships with senior level stakeholders across business units. Exceptional communication skills and ability to capture diverse audiences.
* You possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems. Confident and autonomous project manager who thrives in ambiguity and takes on new projects seeing them through to completion.
You have knowledge of multiple functions in the Fund Administration industry and are comfortable establishing structure for projects from scratch.
Your Role
* Project Planning: Management of all phases of projects from initiation to post-implementation review. Engaging with stakeholders to identify scope, resourcing, and requirements for assigned projects to ensure buy-in and project success.
* This person will need to be a self-starter able to develop detailed project plans with the team outlining scope, timeline, cost, resources, identifying risk, and setting quality expectations.
* Ensuring team has a standardized approach to providing governance oversight. Communication: Facilitating or assisting team members in regular meetings with stakeholders throughout project stages, ensuring appropriate reporting and coverage for all project meetings.
* Ensuring stakeholders receive regular updates on project status, tailoring message to each audience. Ensuring appropriate reporting is created for each phase of the project.
* Management: Ensuring effective utilization of staff with appropriate task and project assignments, coverage, and documentation. Development of staff through coaching and training.
Key oversight includes regulatory change management, client projects, location strategy, capacity tracking, and governance of CRM tool configuration. The Projects and Governance Team regularly interacts with senior stakeholders and user groups within the organization, requiring a high standard of reporting, communication, and presentation.
