We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, PA or Site Administrator to support our Operations Director and team in the Limerick region.
The Job Requirements:
* Provide confidential administrative support, exercising discretion as needed.
* Support specific projects, including office maintenance and file management.
* Meet and greet corporate clients upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Serve as the liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
* Manage travel arrangements for the Operations Manager.
* Prepare and manage various documents, including letters of invitation, reports, and presentations.
* Acquire knowledge to respond to queries, take ownership of issues, and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience as a Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant/Site Administrator in an office administration role is essential.
* Experience in construction or healthcare environment would be advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications, and proficiency in Smart Sheet is desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal and project management skills.
The Offer:
This is a contract position with a base salary commensurate with skills and experience, paid weekly, and 27 days annual leave.
