Location: Dublin 17
Work Schedule: 9am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing shipment bookings for liner and forwarding operations.
* Overseeing the full shipment cycle—from booking to delivery and payment.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients.
* Negotiating with local and international vendors to secure the best rates and services.
* Organizing transport arrangements for collections and deliveries.
* Handling sales and purchase invoices, resolving queries as they arise.
* Preparing rate quotations and responding to rate requests.
* Navigating customs clearance processes, including SADs and related requirements.
* Driving the development of sea freight services and overseeing vessel attendance.
* Providing operational holiday cover and administrative support across freight departments as needed.
* Engaging in occasional client visits and taking part in special projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2 – 3 years of experience in sea freight operations.
* Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems (CargoWise would be a distinct advantage but not essential).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
