Store Design Manager
Key Accountabilities and Measures
* Develop a signature Architectural style for M&S, including internal & external aesthetics, materials & signage, in a flexible, cost effective way
* Plan & develop store blueprints by format based on the agreed direction for the use of company space
* Design & develop the store master-planning principles including location of circulation, movement & internal architecture. Define store planning principles for the business
* Define methodologies and processes to create a whole store narrative for future store Architecture
* Develop a customer centric store wide navigation scheme to make our stores easier to shop
* Support the UK Franchise new business team with new business, designing, developing and launching new schemes and producing design guides for future roll out
