The role will involve providing strategic advice on infrastructure development, judicial reviews, and planning injunctions. Other key areas of expertise include:

* Strategic Infrastructure Development
* Judicial Review and Planning Injunctions
* Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs)
* Environmental Impact Assessment and Appropriate Assessment
* Strategic Environmental Assessment
* Projects of Common Interest
* Noise and Air Pollution allowances
* Foreshore Licenses
* Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Licenses
* The Major Accident Directive
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental law and be able to provide expert advice on a range of complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on strategic infrastructure development, including major projects such as roads and transport schemes
* Providing expert advice on judicial reviews and planning injunctions
* Assisting with Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs)
* Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and Appropriate Assessments
* Providing advice on Strategic Environmental Assessments
* Working on Projects of Common Interest
* Developing expertise in Noise and Air Pollution allowances
* Managing Foreshore Licenses and IPPC Licenses
* Ensuring compliance with The Major Accident Directive
Requirements:

* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in environmental law
* Strong background in environmental law and policy
