Job Description
Payroll Associate
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Dublin as a Payroll Associate, responsible for supporting payroll and accounting.
As a Payroll Associate, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
* Producing monthly payroll reports to ensure timely payment and compliance
* Pension reconciliations and month-end payments/downloads to providers
* Supporting other ad hoc tasks within the department when required
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with payroll administration, including record-keeping and reporting
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines
* Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
Requirements
* Experience in a busy payroll environment
* Strong accounting knowledge and skills
