We’re looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Dublin!
In this role, you will…
* Take ownership of the role and grow the business together with Account Executives
* Build a strong network of marketing professionals
* Be a part of amazing company culture and work with an awesome team of SaaS sales professionals
* Have the talent and drive to find new businesses and develop strong relationships quickly. We’re looking for someone who isn't afraid of prospecting and speaking to customers on the phone, as well as making sure you're up to date on the newest technologies and industry trends
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
* Prospecting for potential new Supermetrics customers based on ideal customer profiles
* Proactive outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with our Account Executives to understand the needs/goals of each prospect
* Update Salesforce with your activities - we love our data
* Collaborate with the SDRs and wider sales team!
* Report to the SDR lead and learn from the best: picking up sales skills on the job every day and participating in sales processes that you’ve created to a closed won deal is the path to becoming a Supermetrics Account Executive yourself!
This position is for you if you have…
* High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals
* Positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you. We're not competing against our team members, we’re winning together as a team
* Experience within digital marketing or technology is a plus - you're selling to marketing & data professionals
* Any previous SaaS, B2B, or international sales experience is an advantage - but not a must as long as you have the ability to learn quickly and the determination to build a successful career in sales
* Strong written and spoken German language skills, as well as English language skills as English is our company language.
