Junior Project Manager / Coordinator
We are partnering with a successful design and fit-out contractor to recruit for their new Junior Project Manager / Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
* Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
* Track project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
* Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Monitor project risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Degree educated in a Construction/Project Management discipline.
* 1+ years' experience in a project coordination role or similar.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* Certification in project management is desirable.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
