Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring projects are delivered safely, to specification, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales and marketing teams in proposal development.
* Provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
* Lead design engineering, procurement, manufacturing operations, quality, safety, and other supporting functions throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage internal project teams and activities.
* Coordinate project meetings and customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (biotechnology, chemical, mechanical, or metallurgical/materials).
* 7-10 years of postgraduate work in an engineering field.
* 5 years of management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD P&ID drawings.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Able to develop detailed cross-functional schedules.
* Able to read and interpret complex documentation.
* Able to work effectively with controls engineers.
