Accounts Assistant Role at {company}
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team.

Your Role:
* Maintain financial records, process payments, and support various finance functions to ensure smooth operations.
* Work closely with the Finance Manager and other stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
Main Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Credit Control:
* Evaluate all dispatched goods for accurate invoicing.
* Monitor customer credit terms and maintain aged debtor listings.
* Follow up on payments and resolve customer queries.
Stock & Accounts Management:
* Support the stock-taking process and input data into systems.
* Monitor stock pricing and prepare reports for management.
* Assist in preparing monthly accounts and financial reports.
* Conduct margin analysis on production versus estimates.
Revenue & Compliance:
* Assist with VAT preparation and returns.
* Monitor and maintain RCT records.
* Support financial audits and compliance reporting.
Requirements:
* Education: Minimum Leaving Certificate with a relevant third-level qualification or Part-qualified accountant or finance graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a finance role or 3+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), attention to detail, accuracy, organisational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
