Job Title: Operations Supervisor

This full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) offers a flexible shift schedule, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across all areas, identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
2. Maintain a well-organised and presentable station, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in top condition.
3. Lead day-to-day operations, addressing operational issues promptly and ensuring smooth shuttle bus services.
4. Uphold strict compliance regarding vehicle and key security, managing reports and resolving anomalies.
5. Oversee fleet management, planning, and ensure optimal vehicle availability during peak times.
6. Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring NPS scores and ensuring staff uphold service standards.
7. Address customer queries and complaints professionally, providing regular updates and resolutions.
8. Conduct audits to ensure compliance and support the Airport Manager in various operational duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills focused on improving operational performance.
2. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools, including Qlikview.
4. Full Category B driving licence (minimum 2 years).
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
6. Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety.
