We are seeking fluent German speakers for office-based and remote work-from-home opportunities in various roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Sales and Account Management:
o Develop growth strategies and plans
o Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
o Increase client base
o Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
o Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
* Customer Support:
o Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
o Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
o Analyze and report product malfunctions
* Technical Support:
o Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
o Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
o Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
o Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
* Online Operation/Digital Marketing:
o Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools
o Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
o Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
* Social Media Content Review:
o Ensure quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved
o Monitor, assess, and challenge team productivity
o Identify and develop ad hoc reports to identify opportunities for process improvements
