MCS Group Exclusive Partnership:
We are working with a leading manufacturing company to add two 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers to their team.
This project will focus on modernising the business by migrating to cloud-based systems and leveraging data for maximum proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and configure hardware and software across the site.
* Respond to issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Support and maintain Microsoft-focused technology.
* Develop technical documentation for staff training purposes.
* Assist new staff with workstation setup and training.
* Maintain and support Active Directory.
* Provide end-user support either in-person or remotely.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a 1st/2nd Line support engineer.
* Experience supporting wired and wireless networks.
* Industry experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, and AD.
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, and AD.
