We are an expert-focused, client-centric team that utilises our AI-Powered Hiring Engine to craft and deliver tailored solutions for our clients. Our approach is data-driven and results-oriented, focusing on continuously improving and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Location
This role requires 2 days per week onsite in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
o Take ownership of talent solutions for our clients.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and standards are met.
o Regularly report on project status, challenges, and achievements.
* Account Management:
o Foster and maintain strong relationships with our diverse portfolio of clients.
o Conduct regular reviews to ensure client success and satisfaction.
o Proactively identify any delivery bottlenecks or challenges and recalibrate to maintain SLA.
o Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
o Collaborate with our Sales team on growth opportunities.
* Client Solutions:
o Work directly with clients to understand their talent needs.
o Help to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies that align with client objectives.
o Utilise our AI-powered tools and flexible resources to deliver effective solutions.

You Have
* Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
* Demonstrated experience in project management and account management.
* Stakeholder management experience, comfortable dealing across all levels, internal and external.
* Proficient in utilising tech-driven tools for talent sourcing.
* Data literate; able to use data to inform and create talent sourcing strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
