Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Offaly. This role is a hybrid position, combining office and remote work.
The Role:
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing day-to-day HR services in an efficient manner
* Working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to drive business performance
* Providing coaching and expertise on complex people-related issues
* Offering accurate HR advice and support to management and staff
* Leading workforce planning, including gap analysis and execution of plans to meet business needs
* Developing succession plans to ensure a strong leadership pipeline
* Identifying capabilities required for business success and implementing interventions to bridge gaps
* Overseeing employee and industrial relations issues, union engagement, and IR/ER initiatives
* Liaising with external bodies and agencies
* Collaborating with HR colleagues across the organization
* Supporting the Head of HR in rolling out company-wide programs and initiatives
The Person:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
* CIPD qualification desirable
* Minimum 10 years' experience post-qualification
* Experience working in a senior management team and in a unionized environment
