Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders within our Irish and UK Projects and Operations teams, as well as key clients and supply partners.
2. Maintain commercial database including downloading PowerBi Revenue and Cost reports and issuing in the required format to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
3. Provide operational support to the Management Teams, Commercial Team and Finance Department.
4. Submit Deviation from Estimates (DFEs) on both AFS and MIS, including explanations for clients.
5. Track POs received and report on expenditure versus PO balance including requesting new or PO uplift from Client Procurement Teams.
6. Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including supplier payments, through Proformas and Client invoicing, through our Application for Payment (AFP) process.
7. Maintain records from site and desktop using surveying tools e.g. ArcGIS, including reconciling Cost and Value on a monthly basis.
8. Effectively manage and report WIP and complete analysis for issued to Senior Management and Finance Team.
9. Be key stakeholder in continuously monitoring the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats of each commercial function within the delivery of agreed Milestones including assisting with maintaining the Project Risk Register and tracking projected Revenue versus Actual on a monthly basis.
10. Maintain ‘live’ contract database for Clients and Supply Chain including preparing drafts and updating Contracts Registers.
Skills Required
1. Experience in a commercial, financial analysis, procurement or a related role.
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. Experience of ArcGIS or similar cloud-based mapping platform.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
5. Aware of the need for effective cash management and the importance of complying with internal and external timelines to ensure effective and efficient payment cycle compliance.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables.
7. Ability to work as a team member across multiple departments and functions.
