Social Care Support Worker

Attuned Programmes Ireland is an organization responding to meet the needs of individuals through community, residential and aftercare supports and services. We are looking for highly motivated Social Care Support Workers to join our teams.
We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time positions for our Adult Community Based Mental Health Residential service in Kildare. Our aim is to deliver personalized care tailored to the individual's needs, nurturing their independence and community integration, in their journey towards a healthy and fulfilling life.
General Job Description
The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will already possess high levels of competence and will be able to demonstrate this through their qualification and some experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards, and ultimately an understanding of the varied needs of each individual. The role is to support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while supporting them to develop and reach their goals.
Requirements
1. Candidates for the Social Care Support Worker must have a minimum QQI LEVEL 5 qualification in Health Care and or Social Care or relevant equivalency.
2. Knowledge of best practice in Residential Centres.
3. Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing, and planning skills.
4. This post is subject to Garda clearance.
5. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
6. Candidates must also have a deep commitment to each individual's rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
7. Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
8. High-quality training programme.
9. Eligible to apply for education fund for continued professional development.
10. Continuous management and in-field support.
