We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our pre-eminent Real Estate practice. The Group is renowned nationally and internationally, being ranked in the top tier in all of the international, independent directories for Real Estate in Ireland. We advise across the full range of property-related matters. We are particularly known for acting on the most significant, complex, high value deals and we work collaboratively with specialists across the firm, to ensure all of our clients’ requirements are met to the highest of standards.

We boast one of the largest real estate teams in the state, with two dedicated senior professional support lawyers, extensive resources at legal executive level and a huge emphasis on personal professional development and training for all of our lawyers, to ensure you have the best possible professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Traditional work for institutional clients (Irish and international) such as purchase, sale and refinancing, letting and asset management, joint ventures, as well as gaining leading experience in landlord and tenant matters.
* Mandates involving close collaboration with our market-leading Construction practice, on substantial developments of offices, multi-use schemes, forward-fund deals and projects.
* Working with our market-leading Real Estate Finance team, acting for banks and non-bank lenders and borrowers on a range of transactions for both acquisition and development financing.
* Advising major domestic and foreign players on transactions involving newer asset classes and sub-sectors, such as student accommodation, private rented sector (PRS), social and affordable housing, data centres and health care.
* Working as part of wider teams within the firm on significant projects in the green energy space.
* Liaising with our leading Real Estate Disputes practice and working on that advisory and support side.
* Working with our leading Corporate team on significant M&A mandates involving real property assets.
* Mentoring Trainees and Associates and developing the rounded skill sets of delegation, teamwork, presentation, and deal management that will see you advance your own personal career trajectory.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Motivation and ambition allied with a collaborative, “team player” attitude.
Education
* Be qualified as a solicitor (ideally 4 years PQE minimum) in Ireland, NI, or England and Wales.
* Have a strong academic record.
