Key Responsibilities:
* Manage marketing & design projects from initial briefing to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
* Act as the key liaison between clients and creative team, translating their vision into compelling campaigns.
* Develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals, including branding, content, digital marketing, and web development.
* Oversee campaign performance, using insights to optimise strategies and present measurable outcomes.
* Lead client presentations with confidence, delivering creative proposals and performance reports.
* Work closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, marketing, and web development.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with 2+ years in an agency setting.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and web development.
* A natural problem-solver, able to diagnose marketing challenges and present solutions effectively.
* Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign success.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills confident in managing client relationships.
* A proactive mindset with a desire to identify and pitch for new business opportunities.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a bonus.
