To assist Global HEOR managers & program directors on execution of HEOR strategies that demonstrate the value of Novartis brands.
Job Description
1. Support in the execution of HEOR strategies that demonstrate product value and support product commercialization activities including pricing and reimbursement, typically for a single product.
2. Support in the efficient and timely development of HEOR deliverables (e.g. core value dossier, publications, and core economic models).
3. Support HEOR managers and directors on cross-functional teams meetings including International Project Teams, International Clinical Teams, Brand Teams, and Value Demonstration Teams.
4. Aid in the reduction of start-up time for HEOR projects leading to overall shorter project timelines. Allow HEOR program directors to focus more of their time on strategic matters, stakeholder collaboration, and customer engagement.
5. Assist HEOR Manager/Director when representing HEOR on cross-functional teams including International Project Teams, International Clinical Teams, Brand Teams, and Value Demonstration Teams.
6. Ensure HEOR strategy is aligned with Commercial and Market Access strategies.
7. Effectively communicate research findings internally and externally.
8. Perform quality control (QC) checking / proofreading of assigned documents to meet customer expectations.
9. Maintain audit, SOP, and training compliance.
