What you’ll do
We need you to understand operating systems, hardware, software, networks, and how they work together. You’ll support our customers with technical and non-technical issues such as product compatibility, support, shipping, and electronic support fixes.
8. Answer hospitality support calls and queries in German language
9. Provide solutions to customers or pass their case to the relevant team
10. Resolve issues in real-time where possible
11. Manage escalations and advise our teams on customer issues
12. Update cases in our customer database
13. Communicate case progress to customers
14. Meet or exceed individual and company targets
15. Experience in POS Systems and from the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
16. Fluent German and working knowledge of English skills are required for this role

18. Work Mon-Fri between CET
19. 3 days office working in Dusseldorf, Dublin or Galway location required
