F&I Business Manager
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate good interpersonal/communication skills, and be able to manage and work well with the team in order to produce a high standard of Business Finance cover, ensuring all working practices are compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. All financial transactions (payments, proposals and completion of finance documents and refunds)
2. Meeting with customers that are considering the purchase of new / used vehicles and proposing finance solutions ie. facilitating the funding of their vehicles purchase
3. Ensure you are an integral part of the vehicle sales process ie. F&I function make vehicles affordable thereby facilitating vehicle sales
4. Maintain accurate and up to date records
5. Promotion and sale of all F & I products plus GAP insurance
6. Set up all GAP policies, complete Demands and Needs and ensure only the correct policies are sold
7. Producing of relevant accurate reports for the senior management.
8. Ensuring that a strong working relationship with all our providers and partners is maintained
9. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with all other departments and staff members
Person Specification:
1. A confident team player with strong administration and interpersonal/communication skills
2. Knowledge of F&I processes, add-ons and products.
3. A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
4. Good communicative skills (oral and written)
5. Exceptional customer service skills/a positive attitude to customer care
6. Strong organisational skills
7. Honesty and integrity
8. Demonstrates a flexible approach to work that is focused on “getting the job done”
9. Acts proactively to add value and follows up to ensure problems remain solved.
10. Team player
11. Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
12. Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills
13. Full, valid driving licence (desirable)
