Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Program Manager to join our Technology Enablement team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the successful execution and ongoing support of programs that enable our engineering organisation.
This is a hybrid role, requiring two days a week in our Dublin office.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and devise effective training strategies and interventions based on intake.
* Own the entire training development lifecycle (ADDIE) for specific programs, from analysis and design to development, implementation, and evaluation.
* Develop engaging learning content across various modalities, including e-learning modules, microlearning, classroom training sessions, and social learning platforms.
* Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content and ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
* Enable all business levels, from individual contributors to director+, by providing engaging learning experiences.
* Contribute to the team's bank of learning and development and content creation resources.
* Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering data and analysing the impact of training programs on employee performance, knowledge, and skills. Use this data to improve training continuously.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders by collaborating effectively with various departments, managers, and SMEs to understand their training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
* Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in program management, operations, or learning and development, preferably within a technology company.
* Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Comfort using and administering SaaS tools (e.g., Workramp, Jira, video editing software). Solid working knowledge of Technology roles.
* Learning & Development: Strong understanding of learning curriculum development best practices and design.
* Operational Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
