Are you an Engineering Manager with API experience looking for a change? This role will be supporting active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, this role will focus on maintaining and improving our API equipment and processes, including small molecules and antibody-drug conjugates. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Operations Engineering Manager to set goals and schedules for the team. Ensure manufacturing equipment is maintained to meet all required standards, keeping operations running smoothly and safely. Lead investigations into equipment issues, reducing downtime and boosting plant productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including equipment and process upgrades. Track and report on key engineering metrics, manage budgets, and prepare capital requests as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, both internally and with external auditors. Oversee internal and external projects and manage relationships with contractors. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field. At least 6 years' experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in an engineering supervisory position. Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in engineering.
