Senior Accountant Position at Property Management Firm in Dublin
The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Finance Director to oversee the work of two part-qualified Accounts Assistants, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks such as AP/ AR, accounts preparation, and other responsibilities.
* Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly management accounts and reports.
* Coordination of annual audit with external auditors on property-related matters.
* Assistance with corporation tax returns and liaison with external tax advisers.
* Support for Finance Director in preparing annual property budgets.
* Building relationships with stakeholders including Development Managers, Property Managers, and Asset Managers.
* Ad-hoc project support as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution.
* ACA/ ACCA/CIMA qualification with 3 years' post-qualified experience.
* Previous experience in real estate or property management industry preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills.
* Experience with accounting software (Yardi highly advantageous).
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and logical decision-making.
