We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing organisation. As a key member of the HR department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, supported by a dedicated and experienced HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
* Liaise with payroll to manage employee attendance, leave and benefits
* Support the HR Manager and HR Generalist in performance reviews, investigations and employee relations
* Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
* Contribute to the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives and projects to promote employee wellbeing
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR Administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
* CIPD qualification or HR degree desirable
