Key Responsibilities:
* Event Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Mobility Mojo’s marketing goals. Identify event opportunities that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster relationships within our target audiences.
* Event Execution & Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
* Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with event vendors, partners, and sponsors. Negotiate contracts, manage event budgets, and ensure all logistical elements are executed smoothly.
* Marketing & Promotion: Develop event promotion strategies across email, social media, website, and other digital channels to maximize attendance and engagement. Work with content creators and designers to develop compelling promotional materials.
* Event Logistics: Oversee all event logistics, including event timelines, guest lists, travel arrangements (if applicable), venue coordination, technology setup, and on-site management.
* Engagement & Networking: Develop strategies to drive attendee engagement before, during, and after events. Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, potential clients, and partners.
* Content Creation for Events: Collaborate with content and design teams to create event materials such as presentations, handouts, swag, and digital content.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align event strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless communication and follow-up with event attendees.
* Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of events campaigns. Use data and feedback to make recommendations for improvements.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in event marketing or event coordination, ideally within a B2B or tech-focused environment.
* Experience with HubSpot: Proficiency in using HubSpot for event marketing, lead tracking, and campaign automation is a plus.
* Proven track record of planning and executing successful in-person and virtual events.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and tasks at once.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and excite internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Solid understanding of event marketing tools and platforms, such as event management software, webinar platforms, and social media.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle logistical challenges, and manage multiple moving parts.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for accessibility and creating inclusive experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoom, Eventbrite, Cvent, and social media scheduling platforms.
* Ability to travel (when necessary) to manage in-person events and conferences.
* Experience managing event budgets.
* Knowledge of lead-generation tactics and post-event follow-up strategies.
