Your new company Our client is a global IT and outsourcing company in Waterford. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role This role is focused on being a people and business partner, with responsibilities including overseeing employee engagement, employee care initiatives, and handling employee grievances. The key areas of responsibility include tasks such as employee engagement, retention, and feedback, as well as managing employee grievances and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws. Additionally, the role involves managing a team of HR associates and building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed You will require a minimum of 6 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, specifically in driving employee engagement initiatives and handling employee grievances. You will have strong experience in employee relations, end-to-end employee experience, engagement, manager enablement, and attrition management. You will also possess knowledge of employment law, dealing with employee relations issues, and working in high-volume and high-pressure environments. Understanding local nuances and bank holidays is also essential for this role.
