Hours: 8.15am-4.45pm, Monday–Friday
Salary: 32-35k depending on experience

The Role & Purpose: This is an exciting role which involves working across the entire organisation and supporting the HR team with the day to day running of a busy HR Department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support within a fast-paced HR Office.
You will provide an excellent applicant and employee experience by assisting with the coordination and administration throughout the different stages of the recruitment process across the company's operations.
This is an entry level role which is administratively heavy with lots of opportunity to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities Include: Employee Relations Preparing letters of communication to employees in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures.Note taking in meetings.Performance Management Support Managers in their performance management processes, ensuring reviews, probations and performance are conducted in line with company policy.Updating and maintaining leave trackers daily in order for the production team to manage absence levels effectively.Monitoring time and attendance and compliance.Reward and recognition programmes.Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Support the business to ensure that key people are recruited, eg screening CVs, scheduling and assisting in interviewing candidates & completing reference checks.Responsible for issuing contracts of employment etcProcessing all personal details and documentation of new recruits.Systems & Administration Management of leave entitlements, including sick, holidays, maternity, paternity & parents leave.Assisting with weekly payroll administration to ensure delivery of accurate payroll run with minimal queries.Maintain staff and employee files in line with Data Protection Legislation.General HR Administration.Occupational Health & Wellbeing Organisation of weekly on-site appointments.Supporting the wider HR team with well-being programmes and initiatives.Experience required: Minimum of 2 years HR Administration or other administration with people facing experience.3rd level qualification in Human Resources or CIPD qualified.Computer literate, specifically proficiency in MS Office product range (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).High standards of accuracy and close attention to detail.Excellent planning and organisation skills in order to meet timescales.Experience in a busy environment.
