We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Person for the Prince of Wales Bar/Drawing Room to join our team.
Key responsibilities of the Bar Person will include:
1. Warmly welcoming guests ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour at all times.
2. Provide prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service at all times.
3. Be familiar with Service Standards, monitoring adherence to these and ensuring staff are trained as required and aware of these standards.
4. Support the team in a hands-on approach in setting up & clearing tables.
5. To ensure that bar service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, and the cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily basis.
6. To ensure that stocks, equipment and supplies at the bar areas are maintained on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate for the Bar Person position should:
1. Have previous experience within a similar role.
2. Have excellent communication skills.
3. Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
4. Have strong attention to detail.
5. Have a friendly, bubbly and flexible attitude.
6. Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
