Website and Media Management
8. Management of the company web site and the affiliate hotel websites, Instagram, and Twitter sites
9. Managing and directing of all Sales and Marketing platforms
10. Promote all Group activities through our websites and media platforms.
11. Responsible for all PR and Media activities
Financial
12. Responsible for preparation of the annual Sales and Marketing budget and financial plans
13. Understand, leverage, and implement corporate and affiliate brand tools to exceed budgets.
14. Achieve all personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability across all the hotels
15. Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established commercial plan.
16. Recommend and implement new sales programs at the hotels and accurately track ROI with direction from GRM.
17. Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotels to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotels
Line Management Duties
18. Carrying out HR duties, such as interviewing, 1:1’s, appraisals, and personal development of team members
19. Delivering training and coaching to team members. Spotting re-training needs when they arise
20. Ensuring the team’s continual development, taking advantage of any training, workshop, and further education opportunities
21. Guest Experience
Drive customer loyalty to grow share of the accounts by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience using but not limited to brand tools
