Job Title: Branch Manager in Clonmel
Your role as a Branch Manager is pivotal to the success of the business, ensuring seamless collaboration among branch teams to deliver exceptional service to both external customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a large team, overseeing line management responsibilities for the branch team.
* Take full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource allocation, and customer service within the branch to meet daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
* Demonstrate an enthusiastic willingness to be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognising our people as our most valuable asset.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, driving our safety-first culture from the front.
* Demonstrate behaviour aligned with our Company core values and promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
* Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunity.
Work Schedule: An average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) and alternate Saturdays (8am - 4pm).
