Our dynamic and fast-growing data analytics company specializes in innovative HR and Payroll analytics solutions. Due to our ongoing success and expanding customer base, we need a skilled Support Analyst who can manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve customer queries through our support portal, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and guide them in producing tailored reports and analytics.
* Assist clients in designing and developing insightful visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau and our proprietary analytics platform.
* Work with the product team to address evolving customer requirements by suggesting and implementing system improvements.
* Partner with internal teams to enhance overall product functionality and service offerings.
Requirements
* Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Prior experience in software support or project management is advantageous.
* Strong analytical abilities and understanding of SQL and relational databases.
* Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). A flexible, solution-focused approach and a positive attitude.
Bonus Skills
* Experience with CoreHR/PeopleXD or Tableau is highly desirable.
