Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a healthcare organisation in recruiting a HR Business Partner for a 4 day week position on a permanent basis.
Based in South Dublin, this role will support multiple sites on all aspects of HR as part of a wider team.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
* Advise staff and management on all areas of HR
* Lead on ER and IR cases, while managing grievances and disciplinaries with the best approach possible
* Build good relations with unions and representatives
* Sit on interview panels for senior hires
* Mentor and guide more junior team members
* Continuous development on policies and procedures in line with legislation Experience and skills required: 5+ years experience in progressive HR positions
* HR experience in a healthcare, care or Not for Profit industry would be an advantage
* Working experience with Irish employment law is essential
* Degree in HR or other related subject
