The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our leisure centre, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.Responsibilities:Greet guests and provide information about the leisure centre and its facilitiesEnsure the leisure centre is clean, organized, and safe for guests to useMonitor the pool and other facilities to ensure guest safety and compliance with health and safety regulationsPerform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and changing pool filtersProvide assistance and instruction to guests using the equipment and facilitiesMaintain accurate records of pool usage, equipment maintenance, and other relevant dataEnforce leisure centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guestsAssist with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the leisure centre and hotelRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and proceduresAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at the Great National Hotel Ballina.What we can offer you:Weekly PayCompany funded educational programmesShape your career path with us!
