Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at {company}. As a top-tier law firm, we require someone with commercial experience to manage and organize files efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee client billing processes, including WIP (Work in Progress) and Accounts Receivable reporting.
* Handle diary and email management tasks.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and organize meetings.
* Process expense reports.
* Create, edit, and format legal documents and templates.
* Maintain and update the client database regularly.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary, PA, or EA.
* Extensive experience with client billing and payment systems.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
* A team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
